How long have you been in the construction business?

We have been in the construction industry in various capacities since 1990.

Is it necessary to consult with an engineer on any aspect of the project?

While not always necessary it is highly recommended for most projects.

Are building permits required for the project and will you apply for them?

Building permits where required can be supplied by the customer (must be obtained prior to the contract phase) or supplied by PilePro at an associated cost.

Do you have insurance?

We are fully insured and carry all required WSIB coverage to ensure our customers are protected from liability.

Is all your work performed according to building code?

All work is to be done according to OBC and any local building codes.

Do you hire subcontractors?

Where specialized licenses etc. are required subcontractors may be required also.

Do you provide detailed contracts?

All projects required a written contract outlining all aspects of the project for both parties.

Is your work guaranteed?

All work is guaranteed for 2 years against any issues dealing with workmanship. All material warranties are carried by the manufacturer of the products.
